Customer wanted a deck converted into a three season sun room. They spoke to multiple builders and architects and they were lost on which way to proceed. We helped them visualize their ideas and turn them into 3D models to make a better assesment and improve conversation with their builder to prepare for township requirements. This process helped the customer gauge the projected cost of the project, communicated their vision properly to the builder, and make the proper decision of bringing on an official architect as needed and/or required by their township.
