Original home was two car garage with second floor studio apartment. Total square footage of 1,400 sqft. Add a 2,800 sqft addition with 1,700 square foot finished basement. This project complexity was in the direction the addtion had to go, the property was in the far back side of the lot and only option was to add on to the right and come forward. This project was a complete rehad of original property that was done in a specific way to match an addition that permits could only be submitted after complete rehad was over. After the rehab of original 2,000 sqft home, then addtion of 1,400 sqft home with full basement, the property now boasts a one of a kind 3,400 space. Click here for pictures of the project
